Candidates whose applications are evaluated positively by the Human Resources department are invited to the interviews in which the relevant department managers participate and form the main framework of the subjects such as technical knowledge, personal characteristics, and compliance with the corporate culture. At the end of this process, feedback is given in accordance with the recruitment procedure.
